Hey Ladies and Gents if you so dare,
Thanks to all my fabulous clients, friends and neighbors who have been attending my Fit Club classes, you all rock. Many of you have made the "New Years" commitment to better health and a higher level of physical activity, some are looking to continue with their activity level or set higher goals. Whatever the case may be, there is NO better time than the present. Reschedule your "life", clear out all the clutter, throw away all your excuses and start making it happen.

The reality is, everyone leads a busy life no matter who you are or what you do. I'm a Mom of three girls, who are active outside of school (enter the taxi cab driver), I have two businesses that I run, I'm a maid and a cook along with being a wife. Many of you can relate. Though I've made it a career to commit to fitness, you can make a health conscious decison for your body & mind and for your family as well to get fit into this NewYear.

Step 1: Start journaling. Enter every day for at least 2 weeks with out fail, the foods and beverages your consuming and the TIMES you do so.

2nd: Write short & long term goals down in that journal. Look at them everyday.

3rd: Get together with an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, like myself, who can help create a program based on your personal goals.

4th: NO more excuses, realize that there's 24 hours in a day 7 days a week, you can find time to schedule in fitness. 30 minutes is a great amount of time to start with. Increase as time goes on or if that's your availabilty 3 to 4 times a week utilize it!

Contact me for more information on how to build a 30 minute workout.
